What happens if I run out of credits?
Currently, there is no way to upgrade plans mid-cycle. If you run out of credits, you must wait until the next billing cycle for fresh credits. Plan upgrades and one-time top-ups are on the roadmap but not yet available.
Do credits roll over?
Credits do not roll over. If you don't use all of your credits by the next billing period, they will expire. You start fresh each month with the credit amount from your plan.
Can more than one user manage my blogs?

What's an organization?
An organization is the billing entity within BlabAway. An organization can own one or more blogs, and all these blogs share the same credit pool from the organization. This structure allows efficient management of multiple blogs under one billing account.
I own a marketing agency, can we use BlabAway?
You sure can. BlabAway is designed to scale to your needs. You can either create an organization for each client or manage all client blogs from within the same organization. It's up to you how you want to structure your agency's blog management.
How often should I generate a post?
You can generate posts as often as you want with BlabAway's fully automated AI platform. The frequency depends on your content strategy and goals. Whether you want multiple posts per day or a few per week, the platform handles it without manual effort.
I will use more than 5,000 credits each month. What should I do?
