Every time a message is sent to the chatbot, whether by a visitor or yourself, it deducts 1 message credit. These credits are pooled across your chatbots and renew monthly.
What is meant by 'characters per chatbot' or character limit?
It refers to the maximum character capacity for each chatbot during training. In the Basic plan, the limit is 11 million characters per bot, meaning a single chatbot can be trained on datasets containing up to 11 million characters total.
How many websites can my chatbot be embedded on?
Your chatbot can be embedded on as many websites as you want. There is no limit to the number of sites where you can install your Chatzap widget.
What is the refund policy if I cancel my subscription halfway through the billing cycle?
You will be issued the remaining value in credits. For example, canceling halfway through your billing cycle means you receive 50% of the remaining value as credits. Lifetime Deal (LTD) has its own separate policy. To request a refund, simply contact Chatzap support.
What is VIP customer support?
VIP customer support means your support requests will be highly prioritized with a first response aimed within 1 business day. This ensures any issues you face will be resolved in the shortest time possible.
How do I train my chatbot?
You can train your chatbot in two ways: provide your website URL and Chatzap will crawl it to gather information (following child paths), or input text directly including long-form content or Q&A-style content that you want the chatbot to learn.
Can I customize how my chatbot looks?
Yes, you can customize the chatbot's name, theme color to match your brand, add personalized greetings, enable email lead collection, and supply suggested questions. Live preview lets you see appearance changes in real-time.
