How do I activate it?
After subscribing, you'll get an API key via email. For Figma and Adobe Express, paste it into the plugin or add-on to activate. For Canva: if you subscribed directly inside the Canva app, it's already active. If you subscribed from the website, watch the short activation video. Your API key works across all three platforms.
Are reviews limited?
No. Current plans are unlimited — review as much as you want. If you're on an older plan (50, 150, or 500 reviews/month), you're grandfathered in and nothing changes. Your quota continues on a 30-day rolling cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds — but both plans come with a 7-day free trial, so you have plenty of time to try it before you're charged. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are available only if no review credits have been used.

What design types does Design Buddy identify?
Design Buddy identifies if your selected design is a web app UI, mobile app UI, UI component, website, UI wireframe, illustration, logo, or an app icon and adjusts its feedback to fit each type more accurately. The pro feature lets you manually select design type from a dropdown for precise control.
How does the conversational review feature work?
Reviews are conversational, meaning if you make changes to the design, Design Buddy remembers the previous review and checks whether the design has improved. It performs visual before-and-after comparisons for each subsequent review, and conversational reviews are preserved even after closing the plugin.
