What is Emails. Done.?
Emails. Done. is a transactional email service designed for developers and builders who want production-ready app email without managing email infrastructure. It provides 50+ prebuilt transactional templates including password resets, verification emails, magic links, notifications, billing emails, exports, and account events. The service works code-first with no templates to build and no infrastructure setup required.
Key features include instant setup without signup for trial access, separate dev/staging/production email environments, a public email API that scales instantly, and built-in email authentication (DKIM, SPF, DMARC). The service handles queueing, retries, bounces, spam complaints, unsubscribe handling, suppression lists, rate limiting, abuse protection, and deliverability monitoring. Lightweight SDKs are available for .NET, Node, Python, plus Postman collection and OpenAPI spec.
Emails. Done. is ideal for SaaS builders, developers adding app emails to their products, founders building multiple products, and anyone using agentic coding workflows with Claude, Cursor, or Codex. It's specifically designed for transactional app emails like password resets, verification, notifications, billing, and account events—not for marketing campaigns or newsletters.

Frequently asked questions about Emails. Done.
Do I need to sign up to try it?
No. EmailsDone creates your own trial project, environment and API key instantly so you can start testing immediately. Sign up later only if you want to keep your workspace or create additional projects.
What happens when my trial ends?
When the trial ends, email sending pauses until you sign up. You can still view your workspace and settings, then claim the workspace later. Opening EmailsDone in another browser creates a separate trial workspace.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Own and Grow support custom sending domains and your own from address, so emails come from your app rather than EmailsDone.
Why are there projects and environments?
Projects help you separate apps. Environments help you safely separate development, staging and production email sending — each with its own API key.
Can I send newsletters or marketing email?
No. EmailsDone is designed for transactional app email such as password resets, verification, notifications, billing emails and account events. Marketing campaigns are better handled by marketing-specific email services.
Can I send custom HTML emails?
EmailsDone is intentionally template-first. Most apps need the same core emails — password resets, verification, notifications, billing and account events. We already provide production-ready templates for those, so you can focus on building your app instead of building email systems. If enough people genuinely need custom HTML for app emails, we may support it later.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Paid plans include generous monthly usage. If you go over, additional emails are billed at £1 per extra 1,000 emails.
Does this work with Claude, Cursor or Codex?
Yes. EmailsDone is designed for agentic coding workflows. Copy a prompt, paste it into Claude, Cursor or Codex, and email is wired into your app.
What templates are included?
50+ transactional templates already included: password resets, verification, magic links, notifications, billing, exports and more. All are production-ready and responsive.
What integrations are available?
Lightweight SDKs for .NET (emailsdone-dev/emailsdone-dotnet), Node (emailsdone-dev/emailsdone-node), and Python (emailsdone-dev/emailsdone-python). Also available: Postman collection (emailsdone-dev/emailsdone-postman) and OpenAPI spec (emailsdone-dev/emailsdone-openapi). More framework helpers and package-manager releases will follow soon.
