How do I track my file upload usage?
Hover over the paperclip (Attach file) icon in the chat input. The tooltip shows your remaining uploads for the current month, such as '12 of 50 remaining'. Once you reach the limit, the upload button greys out and presents upgrade options.
When do file upload limits reset?
On the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Only successful uploads count against your limit. Files that fail mid-processing don't count.
What payment methods do you accept?
They accept all major credit cards and bank transfers for Business plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
