How do I get started with JobXRecruiter?
You create a free account, create a project, copy paste your Job Description, and upload all the Resumes at once. Hit Process and our AI-Agent goes to work, opening each CV, reading it carefully, and giving you a detailed analysis of each candidate so that you don't have to. The onboarding process takes less than 10 minutes and you can sign up and start using it immediately.
Is there a limit to the number of open vacancies I can handle?
No, in your dashboard you can create as many Vacancies as you require. We charge $0.49 per Resume, and you can create and save multiple projects for different positions without any limitations.
Can I use JobXRecruiter with a team?
We are currently working on dedicated team features. For now, you can create a company account and share the login details with your co-workers, so that everybody has access. All plans include onboarding support and training resources, and enterprise customers get dedicated training sessions.
How accurate is the AI matching process?
The model is very reliable and will provide you accurate results. If it's not the case, we will issue a refund for that batch. The AI reads the whole CV including soft skills, hard skills, and experience. It shows a match score, and when you click more details, you can see various pros/cons and why the matching was given. You also have the ability to view the candidate's CV and evaluate for yourself.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We take data security very seriously. JobXRecruiter uses bank-level encryption and follows best practices for data protection. We never store sensitive payment information on our servers. The platform complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations, and all data is encrypted and visible only to you.
Can I download the evaluation results?
Yes, you will be able to download the evaluations into a CSV file. JobXRecruiter allows you to export and download your candidate analyses for offline review and record-keeping.
