How are words counted?
1 word is counted each time new voiceover audio is built and/or downloaded. The system is optimized for maximizing usage. When editing text, only words in the edited voice block are re-built and word credits utilized. Changing voices, styles, speed, etc. requires audio rebuild and consumes word credits. However, you can preview audio unlimited times without utilizing word count via the voiceover studio editor.
What if I go over my plan limit?
All accounts are restricted to plan limits to avoid surprises. You will be notified regularly when approaching and when hitting the limit. You must upgrade your plan for higher limits. If on Advanced plan, contact sales for customized plans and quotes. Limit refreshes every billing period if already on a paid plan.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between plans anytime without penalty. For upgrades, extra payment is adjusted with amount already paid, and you only pay the difference. Plan limits are accordingly adjusted. You can cancel anytime through the dashboard under Plan and Billing section.
