Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After that, refunds are not eligible. We will offer a full refund if you don't get a profile-worthy photo back from us. Just send an email to [email protected] with the email you used to purchase and we will process your refund.

We only support JPG, PNG, WebP but not AVIF or GIF.
Is payment secure?
Yes, we only use Stripe for payment. We do not store any of your credit card information. No representatives of Profile Picture AI will ever ask for your credit card information.
