How is my subscription calculated?
The listed price for each plan is for a single user. If it's just you, that's the subscription price. If you invite additional team members, each member will incur an additional subscription fee.
Can my team try Skej?
Yes, you and your team can all use the 7 day free trial with 3 free meetings for each team member. The entire team upgrades as a unit when ready to continue.
Can I cancel at any time?
If you're on a monthly plan, your subscription automatically renews each month. If you're on an annual plan, it automatically renews each year. You can cancel any time prior to the next payment cycle. No refund is given if you cancel before term ends, but you keep access until the term ends.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade your account plan any time in the Skej dashboard by going to the Plans page. Changes take effect immediately.
