Can I use tracks from Soundful for commercial use?
Under the Standard (free) plan, tracks cannot be used for commercial use. If you want to use Soundful tracks for commercial purposes, you need to be an active premium plan member (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Music Creator Plus, or Content Creator). All premium plans allow commercial and monetized use.
Will Soundful create the same track more than once?
No. You always get a unique track. The same track will NEVER be created more than once. However, you must save any track you want to return to or download, because if a track is not saved after generation, you will not be able to get that unique track layout again.
Are all tracks on Soundful exclusive?
No. Soundful Global Tracks, Loops, and any created tracks under the Standard and Content Creator plans are non-exclusive, meaning other users can also use the same sounds as you. Tracks belonging to active Music Creator Plus users or created tracks whose copyrights have been purchased are under an exclusive license.

Can I upload my songs to Spotify or other streaming platforms?
Copyright must be purchased to stream on services like Spotify, Apple Music, or other DSPs. Music Creator Plus members can purchase the copyright for their created tracks, which allows streaming, selling, sub-licensing, distributing, or monetizing outside of an active subscription. The Content Creator plan does not cover streaming.
What is the difference between a loop and a track?
A loop is a small set of sounds edited to repeat seamlessly, typically 30 seconds long, and is under a non-exclusive license. Tracks are full-length songs that don't necessarily repeat seamlessly. Will my Downloads and STEMs reset every month or stack?
Available Downloads and STEMs reset every month and do not carry over. They reset on the same date your account was created (Standard plan) or when you upgraded (Premium plans). For example, if you upgraded to Premium on January 15th, your free STEM downloads reset on February 15th.
Can I purchase copyright for Soundful tracks?
Yes. Music Creator Plus subscribers can purchase copyrights for their created tracks at any point during their subscription. Copyright starts at $50/track and includes full ownership of track licenses plus a STEM pack.
