What is Spark Mail?
Spark Mail is a smart, focused email client designed to help users take control of their inbox by instantly highlighting important messages and quickly filtering out the rest. It offers a Smart Inbox that separates priority email from notifications and newsletters, Smart Search using natural language filtering, and features like Gatekeeper to block unwanted senders. Spark syncs unlimited email accounts across iOS, Mac, Android, and Windows devices, supporting IMAP, iCloud, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo, and Google.
Key features include Priority emails (highlighted contacts), Pin function, Group by Sender, Mute Threads, Snooze, Reminders, Send Later, Mark as Done, Set Aside, Command Center with keyboard shortcuts, Quick Replies, Dark Mode, and Calendar integration. For teams, Spark offers private comments on emails, shared threads, shared drafts, team file storage, shared templates, and shared inboxes for collaborative accounts like sales@. Spark +AI provides an AI writing assistant for translating, summarizing, drafting, and proofreading emails, plus AI Meeting Notes for transcribing meetings.
Spark is ideal for individuals who want a modern email experience with multiple accounts, as well as professionals and teams that need collaborative email tools. It's particularly useful for people dealing with communication overload, those who work remotely or in hybrid environments, and teams that compose, delegate, and manage emails together. The app is GDPR compliant and uses Google Cloud for secure data encryption.
