Tability is a goal-tracking and strategy management platform designed to help teams stay focused on their objectives and key results (OKRs). It simplifies monitoring progress by providing an easy-to-use interface for teams to track goals, update progress, and ensure alignment with company strategy. The platform integrates with tools like Jira, Slack, Asana, ClickUp, and Linear to automate progress tracking and keep everyone informed without needing frequent manual updates.
Key features include AI-powered goal setting with Tabby AI (your personal OKR agent), automatic coaching insights, OKR chatbot that acts like Grammarly for your OKRs, goal importer that formats goals from CSV/documents/screenshots into proper OKRs, data connectors for live metrics, automated check-ins via Zapier, strategy map view, dependencies mapping, advanced reporting with presentation mode, custom dashboards, weekly check-ins and rituals, and one-click reporting with PowerPoint/Google Slide export. The OpenAI integration specifically enables Goal Setting AI to generate Objectives/Outcomes, Coaching AI for progress analysis, AI metric detection for automatic target adjustments, and recommendations to improve OKR structure.
