What is TimeTo?
Morgen is an AI-powered daily planner that unifies calendars, tasks, and time blocking in one app. It helps users prioritize impactful work by scheduling tasks from Notion, ClickUp, Linear, or Todoist directly into their calendar, protecting focus time and preventing double-bookings. The AI Planner provides recommendations that adapt to schedule changes, reprioritizes plans during conflicts, reminds users of uncompleted tasks, and highlights tasks at risk of being late based on capacity evaluation.
Key features include AI-powered planning with Frames for templating ideal weeks, manual time blocking by dragging tasks into the calendar, built-in scheduling links and a Booking Page for sharing availability, calendar sets for viewing multiple calendars together, automated travel time and buffer time blocking, team availability viewing, and seamless sync across Windows, Mac, Linux, web, and mobile devices. Morgen integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, Fastmail, Notion, Todoist, Linear, ClickUp, Obsidian, Google Tasks, and Microsoft To-Do.
Morgen is built for high performers from leading companies, professionals managing multiple businesses or calendars, assistants, assistant professors, medical students, entrepreneurs, and families with busy schedules. It suits users who need to combine work and personal commitments, manage tasks across project management tools, avoid overloaded days, and stay ahead of deadlines while maintaining control over their planning.

Morgen does not yet have a native calendar. To use Morgen apps, you will need to connect at least one external calendar account from providers like Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, or Fastmail.
How many calendars can I connect to Morgen?
You can connect an unlimited number of calendars from various providers including Google, Outlook, Apple, Fastmail, and more. Morgen consolidates them all in one place.
Will the AI Planner make changes to my calendar without me knowing?
No, Morgen's AI Planner will never make changes to your calendar without your approval. The AI Planner provides recommendations for which tasks to time block, when to reschedule incomplete tasks, or how to resolve conflicts, but you will always be prompted to confirm the change. You can also adjust the plan manually before saving.
Can I time block manually in Morgen?
Yes, Morgen makes time blocking simple. You can pull any task from the task panel into your calendar to schedule time for it. You can adjust duration, copy instances for multiple work sessions, set recurring patterns, or create a Morgen task directly in your calendar by clicking on your calendar and selecting Task.
Which task and project management tools integrate with Morgen?
Morgen integrates with Todoist, Notion, Linear, ClickUp, Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, Obsidian, Microsoft To Do, and Outlook Email. All integrations are unlimited on all plans.

Open invites are designed for 1:1 meetings where you offer invitees chances to pick when the meeting happens by selecting from possible times you offer. Scheduling links are best for meetings that happen more than once with multiple people over time, like first round interviews, coffee chats, or sales introductions. Scheduling links appear on your Booking page by default unless made private.
