After the free trial period, add your credit card details to continue using Trainn.
Do you have a free plan?
No, Trainn offers only a 14-day free trial. During the 14-day trial, you'll have access to all the features available on Trainn. There is no ongoing free tier or free plan after the trial expires.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your Workspace settings in the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. Trainn's flexible payment plans allow you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When upgrading, you're only responsible for the difference in cost between your current plan and your new plan. When downgrading, your plan changes immediately and you'll receive a credit applied to future payments covering the difference in cost between the current plan and the new plan.
What counts as an MAU (Monthly Active User)?
A learner is considered as a Monthly Active User (MAU) if they log in or sign up to your Academy and watch course contents for a minimum of 5 seconds from within the app. You can purchase additional bundles of MAUs by contacting sales.
What counts as a user in a workspace?
A user is a person with access to your Trainn account. There are five different roles in Trainn: Owner (unrestricted access to all features), Admin (unrestricted access to all features), Academy Manager (controls academy, learners, and course level decisions), Creator (unrestricted access to creating content and building the Academy), and Viewer (access to library and collections to share content but cannot create content). If your plan has 3 users, you can invite 2 others to join your workspace.
