What file formats do you support for upload?
We support all major audio and video formats including MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, MOV, AVI, FLAC, AC3, and M4A. You can upload files up to 2GB in size. You can also provide YouTube links directly instead of uploading files.
What file formats do I get as a result?
You will receive files in CSV, SRT, and TXT format with time-stamped speech (and versions without timestamps) plus the transcription. You can also export to DOCX and PDF for documents. All formats include timestamps by default, with timestamp-free versions available.
How soon will I get the transcription result?
You will receive the result in up to two hours. The file will be sent to your email address. If you haven't received a message with the file, check your spam box. If you still don't have your file after checking your mailbox, contact [email protected].
Do you support speaker diarization?
In the basic version, speaker diarization is not available. If you are interested in transcription with diarization, write to [email protected]. However, diarization is included free in every Unlimited plan, automatically identifying and labeling speakers as Speaker 1, Speaker 2, with manual naming possible.
How do I pay for a transcription?
You will pay for the transcription through Stripe. After filling out the form, you will be redirected to the Stripe page where you can enter your payment details. Apple/Google Pay or credit card payments are available. The system processes payment securely with bank-level encryption.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your file is stored on an encrypted HTTPS/TLS server and is deleted as soon as we perform the transcription. We strictly adhere to GDPR regulations, maintain infrastructure on servers in the European Union, and do not use third-party tools when processing files. Only our software and possibly a company employee can access your file.
