How does TurnKeeper decide whose turn it is?
Whoever has completed the fewest turns goes next; ties follow the member order you set. Skipped turns give that person credit back so workload stays balanced. Every decision is recorded in an append-only ledger.
What happens when someone is on vacation?
They're skipped automatically with a visible reason in the channel. The fairness counter rebalances so skipped turns don't silently pile up on whoever is next.
Which permissions does TurnKeeper need?
Four scopes: commands, chat:write, im:write, users:read. It can post announcements and send DMs but cannot read channel messages.
Where is my data stored?
In Germany. EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant, DPA available. You can delete everything anytime.
