What is the refund policy?
You're only eligible for a refund if you've not created a presentation with your current subscription yet. If you've already used a paid subscription to create a presentation, we cannot offer a refund as costs incurred for generative AI are extremely high. You can cancel your subscription at any time though. To request a refund, email [email protected].
How do I delete my presentations or account?
You can delete your presentations from the library page: hover over a presentation and click the trash bin icon. To fully delete your profile and email address from the system, email [email protected] with your request.
