AIM offers a subscription-based Platform Service with two engagement levels: (1) AI Analytics level providing observational data through a secure online dashboard with visibility into terrain, operator actions, and machine performance; and (2) AI Analytics and AI Operations level (RaaS - Robotics as a Service) that includes both AI analytics and autonomous operation of AIM-Powered Machines. AIMWare units can be either purchased directly by the customer or provided by AIM as part of the Platform Service. The Order Form specifies all fees payable, subscription term commencement date, and whether units are purchased or provided. Fees are payable net 30 days from invoice date in US dollars. All fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable. A deposit or prepayment may be required. Customer pays for de-installation fees per AIMWare unit at subscription end. Additional deployment fees may be charged for delays caused by customer.
