What is the difference between Classes and 1 on 1 services?
Classes are for group sessions that you offer. You can choose either one-time event or recurring events, on Zoom, Offline location, or Clubhouse. 1 on 1 is when you offer private sessions/services. You can create 1 on 1 with the number of sessions option or period of the service. Since 1 on 1 is for more customized/private services, you can unlist the price when you create if it needs to be modified per clients.
How do I edit PC and mobile versions of my website?
On the very top of your dashboard screen, you can edit the PC version website and mobile version website in a separate tab. You can also check the preview for both versions to ensure your site looks good on all devices.
How do payouts work on Ceeya?
Under the 'Orders' menu, you can check your available fund for withdrawal. Payout from Ceeya is on the 15th and the last day of each month, PDT. If you need special assistance on your payouts, you can contact support for help.
Can I connect my own custom domain to Ceeya?
