Pro plan includes 36000 docs/month then $0.0037 for each additional document, 40 templates, asynchronous renders, higher rate limit, and delegate upload. Custom Plans include everything from lower plans plus unlimited templates, custom document amounts, custom rate limits, multi or single-tenant options, cheaper price per document, and top priority technical support. Do you offer a free account?
Yes. The Basic plan is completely free with up to 400 documents per month. No credit card is required, and there is no time limit. You can test Doppio as long as you need without fees or risk, and only upgrade when ready to ship.
Does my page have to be publicly accessible to use Doppio?
No. You can pass raw HTML content directly in the API request, use saved templates, or add authentication headers to access private URLs. Doppio does not require your page to be publicly accessible.
How do asynchronous renders and webhooks work?
When you use asynchronous render mode, Doppio responds to your request immediately, processes the render, and sends a POST request to your webhook URL once the document is rendered and uploaded. The payload includes the render status and metadata. This lets you fire-and-forget large batches without babysitting the process.
I don't use Amazon S3—can you store my document in my bucket?
Yes. Doppio supports any S3-compatible storage including Google Cloud Storage, DigitalOcean Spaces, and MinIO via presigned URLs. You create an S3 client, get a presigned upload URL, add it to the request body, and Doppio uploads the file directly to your bucket after rendering.
Does Doppio support single-page applications like React or Vue?
Yes. Doppio fully supports single-page applications built with React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte. Configurable wait strategies ensure JavaScript rendering completes before the document is generated, so dynamic content renders correctly.
Is Doppio GDPR compliant and where are servers located?
Yes. All data processing is fully GDPR compliant. No document content is retained after rendering is complete. All Doppio servers and data processing are located in Europe, ensuring data sovereignty and reduced latency for EU customers. The infrastructure is also HDS certified for healthcare data.
Do you charge for failed requests?
Failed requests that do not produce a document are not charged. You only pay for successful renders that complete and generate a PDF or screenshot.
What is the timeout per render and can it be extended?
The default timeout is 30 seconds per render, which covers most use cases. For complex documents with heavy JavaScript, large assets, or complex layouts, use asynchronous render mode which supports extended timeouts. You can also configure wait strategies to ensure rendering completes before generation.
