Can I try Guidde before committing to a plan?
Yes. You get a free 7-day Business trial with no credit card required. You'll have access to most Business plan features including AI text-to-voice, the Desktop App, and Brand Kit. Some features like MP4 export require an active paid subscription.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't upgrade, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. All your videos stay intact, you just won't be able to edit more than the last 25. No content is deleted.
Do all users take up a paid seat?
No. Only Admins, Content Managers, and Creators consume paid seats. Viewers can be added to your workspace at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. On monthly plans, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from Workspace Settings. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period. On annual plans, certain changes like reducing seats or switching back to monthly require contacting support. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current cycle. No refunds for unused time.
