For monthly/yearly subscribers, new clustering credits are added at the end of their billing cycle. Click the User icon to see when credits are refreshed.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my subscription?
After your subscription is cancelled, your monthly/annual credits remain available until the end of your billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, all credits including monthly, top-up, and pay-as-you-go credits are reset and permanently deleted.
Do unused credits roll over every month?
No, credits do not roll-over. Any unused credits will be reset at the end of the billing cycle.
Can I try it before I buy it?

What happens after my $1 trial expires?
Your $1 trial expires in 7 days. After this, your credits will be reset and you will be restricted from using the tool. You will not be charged anything. You can still buy credits via Pay as you go for using the clustering feature.

The Topic cluster feature supports over 100 languages including English, Romanian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Thai, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Hebrew, and many more.
What's the Topic cluster and Hub/spoke model?
Once you have keyword clusters, the Topic cluster feature shows how closely related those clusters are to other clusters using NLP to find semantic relationships. The Hub/spoke model groups similar clusters together to create Hubs and Spokes. You produce hub articles that link to spoke articles, making content planning easier and allowing you to comprehensively cover a given topic. For example, 'Hawaii vacation' forms the hub content piece, while 'Where to stay in Hawaii' and 'Planning a honeymoon to Hawaii' are spoke articles that internally link to the hub.
What countries does your keyword clustering feature support?
Keyword clustering is geo/country-specific rather than language-specific. We support all countries in the world. For example, if targeting users in France, you select France under the country dropdown and Keyword Insights scrapes google.fr to build clusters based on how keywords rank there. You can upload French keywords, English keywords, or any other language - the language has no influence on the clustering process.

The AI Writer assistant supports English, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Spanish, French, Dutch, Ukrainian, Russian, and Hebrew.
