You can include websites, images, videos (including raw files & YouTube videos), audio files, or prototypes as part of the survey experience. Voicepanel surveys also allow you to include 'Tasks' with your own instructions for users to complete.
Do you provide analysis of the responses?
Yes. In addition to collecting raw responses, Voicepanel provides detailed AI analysis that summarizes key themes & takeaways. It automatically produces highlight reels for you. Voicepanel also has 'chat with the data' so you can ask any question and get back detailed answers rooted in evidence from your responses. Thematic summaries and quantified themes include evidence like quotes, audio, and video.
Can I export the transcripts to analyze on my own?
Yes, you can easily export the raw transcripts to CSV format to perform your own analysis or use with other tools. Cross-tab analysis, persona segmentation, and data export are all supported features.
Do you collect any PII?
Voicepanel doesn't collect any PII as a default, but provides an option to collect email addresses. If you'd like to identify your customers anonymously you can pass URL parameters (e.g. a customer ID) to associate responses with your CRM. By default, personally identifiable information is not required.

How do you handle security and compliance?
Voicepanel is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA compliant. They do not train on customer data. Controls, subprocessors, and agreements are in their Trust Center.
