Can I export the project to my personal computer?
Export functionality is currently not supported; Wegic only offers online services. Downloading the source code is not currently supported; Wegic supports direct publishing and allows binding to one's own domain.
Can I use a personalized domain name for the website?
You can publish your website using a free Wegic domain in the publishing pop-up. If you want to use a fully custom domain, you'll need to upgrade your Wegic plan. To set up a custom domain, click [publish] - [add a custom domain] at the top of the page.
What payment methods does Wegic support?
Wegic allows payments via credit cards, debit cards, and Google Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay accounts. The supported card types are Visa, MasterCard, American Express (excluding INR), Discover, JCB, and UnionPay. For integrated website payments, Wegic currently supports Stripe, and PayPal will be added in the future.
Will my remaining credits carry over to the next month?
No, at the end of each monthly billing cycle, all the remaining credits will be cleared. If you are auto-renewed or make another payment the next billing cycle, we will issue credits corresponding to your plan for the renewal month.
What happens when your subscription ends?
When your subscription ends: 1) Custom Domain: Websites linked to your custom domain will be unpublished. You'll need to log in to Wegic and republish them using a Wegic.app domain. 2) Wegic Badge: The Wegic badge will reappear on websites created with Wegic. 3) Credits: You won't receive additional credits for website creation until you renew your subscription. 4) Website Publishing: Your published websites will remain live for up to 7 more days.
