Does e2open offer a free tier?
Yes, the Carrier Web Connect tier is free for carriers who only need browser access to the TMS. Carriers can access loads through the web portal at no cost. However, features like quarterly carrier scorecard, certification, procurement discovery, and EDI/API integration require paid subscription tiers.
How do I get API access?
API access for real-time rating, spot market, billing, and carrier communications requires the eConnect+ tier minimum at $18,000/year for 0-5,000 loads. Lower tiers like Web Connect+ and eConnect do not include programmatic API access. EDI connectivity is available at eConnect tier but APIs only unlock at eConnect+.

What happens if I exceed my annual load volume?
Your subscription will be automatically upgraded when you exceed your annual load volume limitation. At your next renewal/anniversary date, you will be billed at the new subscription level based on your past 12 months of load volume in the TMS. There are no overage charges or penalties for exceeding your volume limitation in the current subscription year.
Can I cancel my e2open subscription?
Yes, you can cancel by requesting through the Carrier Change Request form. e2open will facilitate expiration of your current subscription to ensure it does not renew. However, no refunds are issued for cancellations, and if any EDI or API implementations were executed, they will be deleted requiring a new project to re-establish connections in the future.

API tiers (eConnect+, LTLConnect) typically include dedicated account management depending on the contract.
