How does login security work?
We do not facilitate email and password log-ins in order to maintain the highest levels of security for our clients. Access is via SSO only. We only allow OAuth to ensure the highest degree of security on login for your organisations' users.

Where is customer data stored?
Your data sits on AWS servers. All customer data is processed and stored in the US. They do not currently store data in Europe or in other countries. You own all rights to the data, any GDPR requests can be fulfilled by emailing [email protected].
