What is a monthly submission?
A monthly submission is when one of your end-users fills out and submits a Feathery form. If they re-submit the same form within the same month, they count as only one user.
Is there a limit to the number of forms I can build?
You can build an unlimited number of forms in the Feathery dashboard. The number of forms you can set live or turn on is limited to what is included in your current plan, but you can still develop and test additional forms. You have full control over which forms are turned on or off.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. A credit card is only required once you have chosen to upgrade to a paid plan.
When will I be billed for a paid plan?
You will be billed immediately when you upgrade to a paid plan.
How do I add a Thank You page to my form post-submission?
You can add a Thank You page to your form by adding a last step that does not navigate anywhere else. You can use text and images to style it as you would like.
How do I create a back button?
Change your back button's Click Action to Go to Previous Step.

What's the difference between an SDK key and an API key?
The SDK key is client-facing and accessible by your users, allowing limited actions tied to form actions. The API key is secret and designed for use with the Feathery API suite, which allows for more configurability.
Why are multiple users able to access the same submission?
You are directing them towards a unique submission link, which is a URL containing an _id parameter at the end. Your normal form link should be formatted like https://form.feathery.io/to/<slug>/ without the _id parameter.
I turned on an integration but it's not triggering. What's going on?
If the event triggering your integration is Form Completion, a common mistake is using an already completed submission to update it. Your integration only triggers for newly completed submissions. Test in Incognito or have Remember User turned off. Another possibility is that mapped fields were not filled out in the submission.
