Dovetail is an AI-native customer intelligence platform that transforms fragmented customer feedback into decision-ready intelligence automatically. It unifies customer signals from sales calls, support tickets, research interviews, surveys, app reviews, and more into one centralized platform. The platform operates through a continuous cycle: Assemble (gather all customer feedback), Analyze (AI automatically classifies data and surfaces trends), Uncover (AI-powered chat reveals insights and generates reports), and Act (close the loop with tickets, alerts, and automated reports).
Key features include AI analysis grounded in evidence that turns weeks of work into minutes, AI Projects for transforming calls/documents/surveys into clear reports with real customer voice highlights, AI Channels for automatically classifying tickets and reviews into product opportunities, AI Dashboards (beta) for turning qualitative data into quantitative charts, AI Chat for finding answers in customer data, semantic search with RAG, Slack and Teams integration with @Dovetail for instant answers, AI Agents for automatically spotting changes and alerting teams, AI Docs for generating documents with customer clips, and 38 native integrations plus API/MCP/CLI tools. The platform also offers automatic PII redaction across text, audio, and video, SOC 2 Type II/ISO 27001/HIPAA/GDPR compliance, SSO, role-based permissions, and runs Gen AI on AWS Bedrock in a secure private environment where data never trains models.
